Large Breast the dream of many women because large breasts are regarded as the female beauty ideal. However, they can also become a burden for the body and psyche. Women with large breast often suffer from pain on the chest, neck and back, and the consequences are postural deformity and tension.

Surgery for health problems such as cervical and neck pain, arm pain and irritation of the skin tissue under the breasts are eliminated with this procedure. Also reduction of the volume of the breasts, the correction of the ptosis or asymmetric breasts, in order to obtain two harmonious reduced, symmetrical and remodelled breasts in proportion to reach the patient's body adapted to breast size.

The breast reduction surgery can be done at any age, of course, but only when the body growth is complete.

Operation techniques

  • In the most common technique, the surgeon makes a cut (incision) on the underside of your breast, in the natural skin fold.
  • The implant may be placed through a cut under your arm.
  • The surgeon may make a cut around the darkened area around your nipple.
  • The breast implant can be placed under the armpit

Although many breast reduction techniques are used, I prefer the "I" method. This method, referred to as the "vertical breast reduction method", produces a short postoperative scar in the form of an "I" or a short inverted "T" rather than a large inverted "T" shaped incision.

After planning, after removing excess breast, fat and skin tissue, the nipple is placed in its new place and the breast gets a new and nicer shape.
